Prior to joining Segue Manufacturing, Mr. Roderick was founder and CEO of Cable Designs and Manufacturing (CDM) established in 1991. In that role he effectively grew the company from its founding to become a major contract manufacturing entity serving several market leaders in the solar, semiconductor, medical and military industries. Prior to CDM he served a 10 year tenure as the Director of Quality & Testing departments for Keytek Instruments, a major manufacturer of ESD simulators and surge generators. Mr. Roderick holds a vocational degree in Electronics and attended the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with the course of study in Business Management and Electrical Engineering.
An active member of the community, Mr. Roderick currently serves as an entrepreneurial mentor for The Merrimack Valley Sandbox program.
Vice President & General Manager of Segue Xiamen
Stephanie currently serves as the General Manager of Segue Asia’s manufacturing facility, formerly Sanbor Interconnect. Since 1996 Stephanie has been with Sanbor Interconnect, helping to implement its ISO 9000 and lean quality and manufacturing systems. Prior to Sanbor, Stephanie held engineering positions with ITT Cannon and Leoni Group, a global supplier of wires, optical fibers, cables and cable systems headquartered in Germany. Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Tongji University in Shanghai.
Vice President Operations & Supply Chain
Mr. Brothers began his career in 1980 with Crowe Electrical Services where he was a Lead Electrical Technician specializing in building and design of Control and Power Distribution Systems for several line Automation Process Companies. He holds an Electrician’s license in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire which he obtained in 1981. In 1986 he founded a family owned business, CJ Brothers Electrical Contracting, which he operated through 1998. In 1998 he joined Cable Designs and Manufacturing where he held several supervisory and management positions in production and customer service through 2007. Currently Mr. Brothers serves as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain where he leads Seque’s team in lean manufacturing initiatives. Mr. Brothers holds a vocational degree in Electronics.
