James A. Pelusi
Chairman

Jim is currently a Managing Director and co-founder of Axia Partners, a private equity fund focused on buyout, recapitalization and growth equity investments in industrial technology companies. Prior to Axia, Jim was Sr. VP and General Manager of the Factory Software Division of Brooks Automation, where he directed the division through the acquisition and integration of six complementary product and service organizations. Under his management, revenues grew from $24 million to over $120 million in two years. Jim also was a key player on the Brooks road-show team that raised $280 million in a successful secondary equity offering. Previously, Jim was the CEO and co-founder of FASTech Integration, a developer of mission-critical manufacturing software for semiconductor and electronics companies. At FASTech, Jim was successful in raising $6.5 million in venture financing and led the company through significant growth, reaching $24 million in revenue. FASTech was ultimately sold to Brooks Automation in 1998. Prior to FASTech, Jim held several managerial positions at GMR Robotics, a joint venture between General Motors and Fanuc. Jim has a BS in Operations Research from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Jim lives in Winchester, Massachusetts with his wife, Faith, daughter, Anna, and two sons, Drew and Jake.


Thomas M. Rohrs

Tom is currently serving as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Electroglass Inc. Mr. Rohrs presently serves on the board of Magna Design Automation, and several private companies. In addition, he is an adviser and consultant to a number of companies both public and private. Previously, Mr. Rohrs spent five years with Applied Materials Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, and was also a member of the company's Executive Committee. Prior to that, he held executive positions with Silicon Graphics, MIPS Computer Systems and Hewlett-Packard Company's Personal Computer Group. Mr. Rohrs hold a masters degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Notre Dame University.


Peter Simone

Mr. Simone currently serves as a director of Cymer, Inc., Veeco Instruments, Inc., Newport Corporation, Monotype Imaging, Inc. and several private companies. He is also an independent consultant to several private companies and the investment community. Mr. Simone was formerly the Executive Chairman of SpeedFam-IPEC, Inc., a semiconductor equipment company, from June 2001 to December 2002 when it was acquired by Novellus Systems, Inc., and a director of Active Controls eXperts, Inc. (“ACX”), a leading supplier of precision motion control and smart structures technology, while also serving as a consultant, then President from January 2000 to February 2001 when it was acquired by Cymer, Inc. He served as President, CEO and director of Xionics Document Technologies, Inc., a provider of embedded software solutions for printer and copier OEMs, from April 1997 until Xionics' merger with Oak Technology, Inc. in January 2000. Mr. Simone served as Group Vice President of Simplex Time Recorder Company, Inc., a supplier of time management, building life safety and security software/hardware solutions, from 1992 through 1996. From 1974 through 1992, Mr. Simone held various management positions, including President and director of GCA Corporation, a manufacturer of semiconductor photolithography capital equipment. Mr. Simone received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College in 1970 and an MBA from Babson College in 1974.


John J. O'Connor

John served as Vice Chairman Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP the world's largest professional services firm. In this role he was responsible for the firm's three lines of service Assurance, Tax, and Advisory, which have combined revenue of approximately $7 billion and employ approximately 28,000 professionals and support staff. He also had responsibility for marketing, finance, and operations. John also served as the US liaison to Korea and Japan, facilitating the deployment of resources to Japan and Korea to bring needed expertise to these territories. John previously served as the leader of the U.S. Assurance practice. Prior to that, he served as the managing partner of the Boston office from 1995 to 2000. John was a Partner for 24 years and joined the firm in Boston in 1973. John is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the profession and the US capital markets. He has been a speaker at a number of universities and business forums including the Stanford Business School's Director's College. In addition to Segue, John serves on the board of Aspect Medical Systems, Chair of the Audit Committee, Open Pages, Inc., mTuitive, Inc., Chairman. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Suffolk University. He is a member of the National Board of Directors of the American Ireland Fund. He is a graduate of Suffolk University and has attended the Harvard Business School's Leadership in Professional Service Firms program and an Executive MBA program at the Tuck School.


William Roderick

Prior to joining Segue Manufacturing, Mr. Roderick was the founder and CEO of Cable Design and Manufacturing. In that role, he effectively grew the company from its founding to a major contract manufacturing entity serving several market leaders in the solar, semiconductor, medical and military industries. Previous to that, he served a 10 year tenure as Director of the Quality Group and Test Departments for Keytek Instruments.


Peter J. Frasso

Prior to joining Segue Manufacturing Services, Mr. Frasso was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at FEI, a semiconductor inspection equipment company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Previous to that, he was Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Brooks Automation, a semiconductor robotics company located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He also served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Lightpointe Communications, Inc. in Dresden, Germany. In addition, Peter held numerous positions at Varian, Inc., during his 18 year tenure with the company including Manufacturing and Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and Vice President and General Manager of the Vacuum Products Division. In that role, Peter led the division to be twice named as one of Industry Week's Best Plants in America, Winner of the Massachusetts Quality Award and a 1997 Malcolm Baldrige finalist in the Manufacturing category. Currently, Peter serves as a Director for Lytron, Inc. and a member of the Technical Advisory Board for Metrosol, Inc.


Wayne Meng

Wayne currently serves as the President and CEO of PMD Healthcare. PMD Healthcare designs, develops, and markets its own proprietary home-use medical devices. Prior to PMD Healthcare, Wayne was the founder and President of Sanbor Corporation. He founded Sanbor Corporation in 1990 and built Sanbor Corporation into a leading cable assembly contract manufacturer, operating in five locations. Wayne has a Bachelors Degree in Bioengineering from Xiamen University in China, and has attended Wharton Business School's Executive Program. He has been an IEEE member since 1996 and a member of AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) since 2001. He lives in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania with his wife, Lynn, daughter, Kate, and son, Colin.
