SENIOR HR SPECIALIST
Segue is looking to hire a part-time Senior HR person to oversee the HR function and advise and oversee senior management in their day to day HR activities. In addition, this person will participate in strategic planning as well as organizational development.
Responsibilities will include advising our tactical HR team on key elements including:
- HR policies and procedures
- HR Data Management
- Workforce Planning
- Employee Relations
- Legal
- Staffing
- Compensation and Benefits
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working within a diverse manufacturing organization
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Prior experience demonstrating perseverance
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of professional Human Resources experience
The person will be required to be in the office for 12-16 hours, 2-3 days per week.
