Peter J. Frasso |

Prior to joining Segue Manufacturing Services, Mr. Frasso was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at FEI, a semiconductor inspection equipment company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Previous to that, he was Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Brooks Automation, a semiconductor robotics company located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He also served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Lightpointe Communications, Inc. in Dresden, Germany. In addition, Peter held numerous positions at Varian, Inc., during his 18 year tenure with the company including Manufacturing and Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and Vice President and General Manager of the Vacuum Products Division. In that role, Peter led the division to be twice named as one of Industry Week's Best Plants in America, Winner of the Massachusetts Quality Award and a 1997 Malcolm Baldrige finalist in the Manufacturing category. Currently, Peter serves as a Director for Lytron, Inc. and a member of the Technical Advisory Board for Metrosol, Inc. |

William Roderick |

Prior to joining Segue Manufacturing, Mr. Roderick was the founder and CEO of Cable Design and Manufacturing. In that role, he effectively grew the company from its founding to a major contract manufacturing entity serving several market leaders in the solar, semiconductor, medical and military industries. Previous to that, he served a 10 year tenure as Director of the Quality Group and Test Departments for Keytek Instruments. |

Chris Brothers |

Chris began his career in 1980 with Crowe Electrical where he obtained his electricians license. He went on to found and operate CJ Brothers Electrical for 14 years prior to joining Cable Designs as a program manager in 1999. At Cable Designs Chris held several supervisory and management positions in Production and Customer service. Currently Chris serves as director of operations where he is leading a major initiative to implement lean manufacturing. |

Martin Crockett |

Martin Crockett has over 25 years of accounting and financial experience. He has held finance positions in support of manufacturing organizations at RCA Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and Ultratech Inc. Marty obtained his MBA from Babson College in 1988. He joined Segue in June 2008. As Director of Finance, he is responsible for the daily accounting activities, annual budgeting process and financial reporting & analysis. |

Gary Escher |

Gary has over 23 years of experience in Engineering and Quality Management. Previous to joining Segue, he served as a Quality Director for Brooks Automation and Tokyo Electron Limited. Gary spent 10 years in Engineering Semiconductor Capital Equipment at AT&T Bell Laboratories, SEMATECH, and Lithography Equipment Manufacturers GCA and Silicon Valley Group Lithography. He has a Masters Degree in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. Gary is leading the organization in its journey toward world class customer satisfaction. |

Charlie Pickett |

Charlie joined the company when Cable Designs acquired Kennedy Machine, where Charlie was the owner operator. Previous to that Charlie worked as an inside sales associate at Admiral Metals for 10 years, then moved to Astro Precision Machine where he was Sales Manager for 15 years. He then acquired Kennedy Machine and was the owner Operator. Charlie holds a Degree in Business Management. |

Jeff Shupe |

Jeff joined Cable Designs after 14 years with General Electric in their materials organization. Since joining Cable Designs in 1997 Jeff has held a number of supervisory and management positions in positions, Materials and Finance. Jeff served as the Director of Finance through the acquisition of Cable Design by Segue. Jeff is currently managing our drive to convert our operations to "Just in Time manufacturing". |
