At Segue, we manufacture an extensive variety of high quality, custom cable,

overmolding capabilities and harness assemblies. Our team provides engineering services, prototype, and low to high volume production cable assemblies to a wide array of industries, including medical and life sciences, military, homeland security, robotics, industrial equipment and automation, test and measurement equipment and clean energy.

Every assembly is customized to the precise specifications of our clients’ needs, and the entire process, from design through final production is inspected to IPC standards. Our assemblers at Segue are trained and certified to IPC 620A standards – harness construction and inspection standards. All of our facilities are ISO-9001 and IS0-13485 certified and experienced in medical device manufacturing practices. We support prototype and low to medium volumes in our Lowell, MA facility, and medium to high volume assembly through our company owned facility in Xiamen, China.

In the US, our assemblers are also certified in the latest MIL-STD 2000 to support our military customers and provide them with high quality military cable assemblies. We also provide complex military wire harness assemblies for our military customers.

As a premier provider of power cable assemblies, our engineering services, manufacturing and sourcing capabilities are extensive and include in-house process design assistance which comprises in-house cable extrusion and custom and semi-custom molds. Our entire design and manufacturing process minimizes delays and reduces the cost to our customers.
